"At first glance the property was just what we needed. We have an infant child that doesnt sleep well so she needed her own space and this place provided that opportunity. The issue is, only one electical outlet worked in the whole unit. It was in the restroom. The kitchen was useless at this point. No fridge. No kettle. No way to charge anything other than to stand by the restroom sink. We ended up leaving early because it wasnt functional for us, especially since its so hot here, we at a...

"Excelent Hotel Staff great service and quick. Picked up the phone called receptionist for questions or onsite service the staff was quick and amiable. Would recommend anybody to visit this hotel with a quick access to the beach via elevator. The food and drinks on the beach coverage area are also awesome. WiFi was awesome fast and they use |Fiber so my trading 💹 went well and managed to make some profits due to the internet speed"

"We had a horrible experience at this location. One of the members of out party had a slip and fall accident. The pain from the accident at the time of the incident was so severe she fainted. Fortunately shortly after she regained consciousness and was feeling well enough to walk around a bit and get some fresh air. Unfortunately blunt force impacts at times linger and bruising can at times take time to develop. We had a short weekend stay and while there was some pain close to check out the pain intensified as the bruising came in and the bruising grew larger. I reached out to the hotel shortly after our flight and settling in back home. They took a while to reply then they attempted to call me and had horrible connection that kept dropping the call. Then they just sent a message stating they were having phone trouble and would reach out. They never did. Then i reached out again only to receive a long winded to bad so sad email response claiming 0 responsibility! They sated that because she didn't need elevated medical attention at that time and because we didn't bring it up before check out that released them from any liability or need to indemnify the affected party in any way. Mind you they knew she fell they knew she fainted but it was up to us the guest to check in with them for follow up as to how she was feeling I'm sorry but at a place worth staying it would have been the other way around. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"

"En muy mal estado las instalaciones, no se ve como en las fotos, el aire acondicionado no sirve, ningún enchufe servía, no pudimos cargar los celulares, las sábanas super sucias, nos tuvimos que salir y buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos, perdimos ese dinero, que es mucho para lo que ofrece este lugar. No lleguen aquí, no lo recomendamos para nada, muy mal servicio y mala experiencia 😡"
