This amazing waterfront cabin is located on Bills Island in breath-taking Island Park, Idaho. Perfect location for year-round recreation with plenty of snowmobile trails in the winter and a private dock for water sports in the summer.

Newly remodeled adding additional two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and living space in the basement.

Guest will have access to the entire lodge.

The attached garage and a few cabinets are locked for maintenance and cleaning storage and are unavailable to guests.
Other things to note
Please be aware that Island Park reservoir and flows are controlled out of Island Park dam. Water levels in the reservoir can fluctuate from year to year.
