When we entered our room, the toilet was flushing. Not just running, but actually continually flushing. I had to remove the lid and push down the flapper. I went to the desk. The young clerk I started with was apologetic and said she would get Maintenance, then another clerk (supervisor?) stepped up. She asked if i "jiggled the handle." I explained that was the first thing i did, the toilet wasn't dribbling, it was flushing, and the flapper was staying up. She said maintenance wasn't available. She could see about changing rooms, but there weren't any with two beds. I told her I'd push the flapper down. She just said, "Okay." Her customer service skills suck.
The next morning at breakfast, I wanted to order from the menu. The server rudely complained, why didn't I just get the buffet, that's what everybody eats, and now she would have to find a waitress just for us.
Everyone else I encountered on the staff were very nice, but this location needs to train its managers in customer service and remind them of their job duties.
