"Typical best western, staff was friendly, the shower was fully open and soaked the bathroom every shower. Then it wouldn’t shut off fully so if you left it up it would flood the whole floor so had to put it down. Also the frost desk said to take picture of valet ticket just in case you lose ticket but when you go to get truck from guy he wanted the physical ticket (which we threw away because she said we could use picture). "
