"Our original room was in the old tower which needs a refresh. However, for a small fee they updated us to the newer tower which was terrific. It was very clean, well maintained and quiet. The casino itself was too smoky for me, and there were not that many food options."

"Property location is walkable to Grant Park. The hotel is in need of an upgrade but if you can get past that it is very clean and safe. Our room faced the front and even though on the 12th floor you could hear the train all night long. The curtain in the room did not completely cover the window so there was a shaft of light coming in all night. Hotels were sold out and there was no other place in our budget to check in to; and restaurants were packed. There was a major trade show in town."

"The lighting in the room was lacking in the bathroom and main area. There was only one light in the bathroom and the main area only had lights on one side of the room. Also the front desk staff was not available on check we had to ask other staff to locate them for assistance."
