"The bathroom was very dirty. The hotel doesn't smell good. Also in the site it mentioned that breakfast was include but this is not true. It is possible to have a compensation ? As we choose this hotel because they have the breakfast include."

"Our room was clean except for the sheets. I brought my own to sleep on, thankfully! However, the bathroom and again everything else in the room was clean. Friendly staff, and great hot breafast. You have to get there early to eat bevause the waffle mix goes fast. I will stay there again. "

"The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only bad part is that they didn't have a pool. I will be staying there soon. "

"The Spring House Inn is a beautiful property with all the essentials to make it an exceptionally clean, beautiful, retro, woodland retreat. Our King Suite had a hot tub in the room and we had our own balcony, overlooking the spring! We stayed here one night on our way to Detroit from La Crosse. We were supposed to drive North to Lake Superior after Detroit but decided to come back to the Dunes Area so we can explore and get some down time at the Spring House Inn. The Speakeasy and Uno Pizza is in our near future too. 😀"

"We had a double room for myself and 3 kids. The beds were a little small for two people but we still slept comfortably. It was quiet and clean. The desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. "
