They put us out late at night because my grandson kicked someone’s door meanwhile kids had been kicking my door all morning. It was a tournament so the place was full of children I’ll never stay again all they had to do was come talk to me and it would of been taking care of instead we were treated like criminals bye the police terrible experience I’ve stayed in plenty five star hotels and I’ve stayed in motels like this and never been put out of any place.

Reserved through Expedia, made a note that we wouldn't be arriving until 3-4 am, but the property charged us as a no show and cancelled our reservation without even calling. They did take it off when we got there, but could have prorated our stay for early check in sand two nights instead of 3. But then we were charged $24 more per night than was was shown on Expedia too, the TV stopped working, and there was construction all around the hotel.

Property is very nice and is a new hotel in the area. Staff was great as well. The location is goid its just there is alot of construction going on around the area, so the view isnt great at the moment.
