« Grande chambre propre et rénovée. Grande salle de bains avec grand comptoir. Beaucoup de serviettes. Réfrigérateur, micro-onde, séchoir à cheveux, ascenseur, chariot à bagages. Matelas confortable. Excellent wi-fi. Personnel courtois. Facile d'accès: près de l'autoroute. L'hôtel est situé dans un parc industriel. Bon petit-déjeuner: pain, céréales, gaufres, yaourts, pommes, bananes... Petit irritant: la clé de la chambre était sans cesse démagnétisée ( des qu'on sortait de la chambre). »

« We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. All of the touch points were very dirty and grimy. I discussed with the staff who were apologetic and they did try to fix the specific items I listed. I...

« The staff are very nice people. The parking is great and the bed is comfortable. But the AC, at least in room 149, is too loud to permit sleep. The bathroom fans are also very loud - loud enough that the fan from the room above was disturbing. So if you want a nice staff and a nice overall hotel, this is an option. But if you want to sleep, stay well away from room 149. »

« POOL WAS CLOSED!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Staying with a youth basketball team and their families. Had down time between games AND NO POOL TO SWIM IN!!!!! Understaffed!!!! 1 man ran ragged Sunday & Monday July 12th and 13th...checking people out, trying to keep breakfast stocked, he was SO BUSY THE FRONT DESK WAS LEFT UNATTENDED! Needed a PLUNGER!!! WAS TOLD OUR ROOM 109 ALWAYS HAS THAT PROBLEM!!!! Took 15 minutes for someone to find us a plunger. Told we had to fix ourself...no staff...
