This mountain style town home is a perfect getaway for families and friends in any season. You can relax on spacious front deck, or enjoy the hot tub and BBQ in the back yard. Upstairs entertaining room is perfect for families to enjoy, as well as downstairs living room with a fireplace. Attached two car garage is a big plus during winter months. You will find all the touches that just give you that "at home" feeling and sense of serenity.

Notice : The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

Sand Harbor, Speedboat Beach, Kings Beach, and other State Parks have been open with COVID protocols in place. Activities, events, and venues may close without notice and whenever capacity limits are reached. We welcome your visit, but unfortunately we are unable to refund your stay if these closures occur during your stay.

Great Incline Village Property

This property is well kept, very clean and cozy. Well situated and close to ski areas and easy to get into town. The only negative is that there is really no view of the lake. Otherwise, a great house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been coming up to Incline to ski or play golf (these days only to play golf) for many, many years. Have stayed in plenty of very nice places but this one is the best ever! Immaculate, modern and well-appointed. With four very comfortable bedrooms (plus) and three bathrooms it kept all four very picky golfers from back east happy and raving about the joint. And when nobody could figure out the hot-tub (because we're old guys), the folks at Vacation Station were there to make it all work. So, yeah, this place is fabulous! Five Stars all around!
