One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price.

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to Japan, and it set the bar really high. After a very long day of travel, we had the easiest check in ever. Amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel, easy access to three different subway lines. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and the check in and out process was a breeze.
The fitness center is on the smaller end.
The only downside is because it is next to a stadium, during events at the stadium the elevators tend to get bogged down with line ups, the hotel staff does its best to counter act these effects though.
Overall it is definitely a great place to stay

Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.
