A wonderful massive house super close to the beach. Welcome to our our Beach villa. Our home comes with huge master bed and bath, two living rooms with a grand piano, amazing backyard with grill and seating area. A bar area for entertainment your guest. with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and huge first floor the house feels amazing and it is a wonderful home to enjoy indoor outdoor southern California living. It's very close to Newport Beach and Costa mesa for beaches, amazing dining and shopping options

Spacious & Stylish: Home has two living rooms, all 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms upstair and one half bath downstair.  
  
Entertainment: 3 Smart TVs  
  
Full Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups & utensils....  
  
Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent provided.

\- There is a Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.  
\- There is early check in fee and late check out fees  
  
\- The house is old but we keep it clean and cozy. if you are looking for a modern fresh renovation house, our house is not for you.  
  
\-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.  
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.  
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.  
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
