The home is close to many restaurants and areas to enjoy SUNNY FLORIDA! This home has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests, 1 bath, screened porch, boat dock and a dedicated workspace. Quite neighborhood. The area is also a golf cart community. **Please look up any local laws prior to using a golf cart in the area**Guest access

It is the most clean gouse we have ever stayed in. The a/c was broke when we arrived but the communication and service of the house was amazing. Within an hour it was repared and working. One of the best team of people we have ever encounted in all of our stays. Easy access to the gulf to scallop out of a deep channel. 30 min ride to hernando. Great weekend thank you so much. The lazy turtle 🐢 will definitely be on out list again.
