« The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. »

« Séjour de 6 nuits, housekeeping très moyen , les draps n’ont pas été changés, il manquait tous les jours quelques choses, les verres, tapis de bain etc.. Room service catastrophique, des barquettes en carton, des couverts en plastique et du vin en canette alors que les plats étaient très bons !!! 150 € à 2 quand même !!! Bref très décevant sur le rapport qualité prix Emplacement parfait, à 2 mn de Ala Moana center, parking à 69 dollars !! 400 dollars la nuit, je pense qu’il y a mieux même si...

« Malgré l'état impeccable de la chambre et le confort du lit, je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Nous avons attendu 2 heures dans le lobby avant d'avoir les clefs de la chambre. 2 heures! À ce qu'il semble, il y a eu un grand groupe de personnes n'ayant pas réservé qui est arrivé juste avant nous et chaque personne prenait environ 20 minutes aux (3, très peu nombreux) réceptionnistes. Il y aurait du y avoir un file pour les personnes qui avaient réservé en ligne et qui n'avaient...

« vacances très agréables en famille Le complexe hôtelier est spacieux, les jardins et piscines sont magnifiques, tout est très propre et le personnel est très agréable. L’emplacement est à moins de 20 mn à pied de Waikiki et des grands commerces d’Alamoana. C’est à moins de 10 mn en bus. On peut manger dans les snacks et restaurants du complexe ou profiter de la cuisine toute équipée des appartements pour passer un moment au calme Le feu d’artifice sur la plage de l’hôtel de chaque vendredi soir...

"Malgré l'état impeccable de la chambre et le confort du lit, je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Nous avons attendu 2 heures dans le lobby avant d'avoir les clefs de la chambre. 2 heures! À ce qu'il semble, il y a eu un grand groupe de personnes n'ayant pas réservé qui est arrivé juste avant nous et chaque personne prenait environ 20 minutes aux (3, très peu nombreux) réceptionnistes. Il y aurait du y avoir un file pour les personnes qui avaient réservé en ligne et qui n'avaient besoin que de 5 minutes max à la réception. Très mal organisé."
