Ocean view was only if you stood on the balcony and looked between 2 tall buikdings. Room was not advertised as for handicapped and thus, no tub. Sink area tiny. Hotel refused to change the room because it was not under their control which also made housekeeping unavailable so we could not ask for extra towels or blankets. Bed was uncomfortable. We left 1 day early due to the most horrendous hotel stay we have ever experienced.

1.Lock on door did not work.Discrepancy between hotel and LSI to responsibity to repair.Was never corrected 2.UNclean - soap ring in bathroom. Dirty carpet and stain on floor. Very dirty Patio windows.Dirty dust cover on bed 3. Sugar and creamer for coffee was old and hard 4Roaches seen on bed last night of stay.Hotel staes that they had no jurisdiction over these matters, as this was LSI property. 5. extra charge for cleaning and towel services I will make sure that I never use your service in life

you did no disclose that housekeeping would not provide services. i wasted an hour trying to call you to get more towels. the handicapped room shower flooded the bathroom. when i finally made phone contact, the only remedy offered was to change hotels.
