"Room was pretty clean, a/c unit dusty, but staff was friendly "

"Check in was terrible..I understand early check in was not available but the second time i went to check if my room was ready i was told it was cleaned but had to be cleared/inspected? I waited till 4:15..check in is at 4:00pm .i was told my room was not ready by this time my husband was upset and were told to speak to the manager.. He did take care of us at the end . But the staff working the front end were not friendly at least not me.. "

"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "

" Stayed for just one night. Room was clean except for a bunch of little gnats that were flying around. Took us a little while to take care of that issue. Also one of the two beds was completely worn out. Thankfully we only needed one. I let the front desk know about the bug problem. Don't think I'll ever be able to talk my wife into staying there again. Also I would request an upper floor room because of the noise from the room above as we stayed downstairs."

"The door locking system went down in the middle of the night. I am sure it was an inconvenience for those who were locked out of their rooms. "
