Quiet neighborhood and it has everything you need if you want to cook you meals or grill out. You do not want to miss coffee on the deck in the mornings and/or cocktails in the afternoon or evening. The on site manager Micah is the best. Whenever I bumped into him he always asked if things were OK and if I needed anything. This building, built in 1850, has a rich history of businesses from the past. They built boats in the basement years back and even drilled Mother of Pearl buttons from clam shells. This is our 4th or 5th stay at this property. It does not disappoint. Even if all we do is sit on the deck and watch the River flow by, it’s a perfect vacation. The back "Tiki Bar Deck" is literally "spitting distance" from the banks of the Mississippi River. the interior is completely modern with updated appliances, 4 TV's, an interior bar and a very comfortable living area. Also, the property is right on the river walk/bike trail. I have stayed at this property three times now and always go back when I am in the area. I highly recommend this property ##### Dan K.
