"外装、内装も写真よりも実物が綺麗でした。 和風の旅館ですが、地下から２階屋外までwifiは問題なく繋がり、Zoomなどのビデオ通話約90分も支障ありませんでした。 ご飯は量がやや多いですが、朝食、夕食共に小学生の子供達も大満足です。ご飯や味噌汁、卵といった基礎的な部分が美味しく、外出して食べるよりもこちらで頂く方が良いのではないかと思います。 自信を持ってオススメします。"

The hotel is set into the fabric of Nagano tradition, being at an original temple site. Nearby eateries to suit all tastes. Easy access to central Nagano on frequent bus routes to the main JR station and 600m downhill to the local Denetsu station at Zenkoji for a day out to Obuse."

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
