Sinon, à l'intérieur de l'hôtel le tout est excellent et le personnel à la réception est extraordinaire. Check‑in was handled very smoothly despite multiple bookings, and we were even given our room early. Breakfast also offered plenty of choice, including a full English option. However, the stay was affected by several issues. Noise insulation is very poor — we could clearly hear people in the corridor and in neighbouring rooms. Housekeeping was inconsistent: our room wasn’t cleaned on Sunday despite the sign, and on other days it was only partially done or not done by mid‑afternoon. We also experienced a leaking toilet flush, electrical issues, and a malfunctioning safe. Although every problem was resolved quickly once reported, we had to request help daily. The hotel did offer a complimentary drink after we gave formal feedback, which we appreciated. Overall, a convenient hotel with good staff, but too many avoidable issues to rate higher.
