Friendly staff, clean room, liked the decor on the lobby. Would stay here again.

It was really nice to be there, clean, friendly staff, nice room and the area was so nice

Clean well maintained and upgraded rooms. Staff were super friendly. Great breakfast and amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Pee Wee Airstream for a different experience. It was cute and clean; nothing fancy, but we knew that when we booked. Communal bathroom was large and clean. a/C and heat in the trailer was great we were very comfortable. Overall if you’re looking for a basic accommodation in Salida at a reasonable price this is a good choice.

Nie view, liked the no contact access

We were hoping to visit the Colorado Springs area for several days and found this gem online. To be honest, it was mainly the price (and the excellent reviews) that attracted us. Although it was an hour away from Colorado Springs, we thought we'd give it a try. Are we ever grateful we did!! We still love the price, but now we have any number of other reasons to also recommend this place! First, is the staff. Joanne, Mike, and others were all exceptionally hospitable and helpful in every way....

We had a nice stay at the Gateway Inn & Suites. The place was clean and comfortable and met our needs while we were in town for a friend’s wedding.

The tents were fabulous. Very clean and spacious. The fire pit outside was a great hit with the family as it got cold at night. The bathrooms and showers are only a 2 minute walk, and again very clean and spacious. Excellent experience.

The hotel is new and very nice, the workers were friendly. Being close to the casino was great! The only drawbacks were that they seemed short-staffed (one person was doing everything the evening we got there) and they didn’t have any spare sheets or blankets for the hide-a-bed.

Good for the price!

If you need to stay in Buena Vista, this hotel is in great shape has extremely comfortable beds and rooms, and has a really nice stuff! The breakfast also has lots of great food, so you can fuel up for big outdoor days outside

Great location. Nicely decorated. Refrigerator and microwave great. Nice bathroom. Great service. Snacks for breakfast were a bonus. Room is very compact, perhaps a smaller table. Air conditioner works well but blows into wall so difficult to get a good temperature. Easy parking.

Beautiful views and the hot springs were lovely. The staff was kind and attentive. The property was showing meaningful signs of wear with torn lounge chairs, weathered furniture, rough towels, and miniature pillows (instead of full sized ones). I would suggest a day pass to the hot springs as a meaningfully better value over spending the night, as it is priced like a 5 star property but delivers a 3 star experience.

Good location off the highway and close to downtown. King bed was very comfortable. Shower was good - lots of hot water. Good free breakfast. Very reasonable rates. Also has a pool & hot tub.

Front desk attendant was great. Our room is spacious but a bit dated especially in the bathroom. But it was suitable for our needs
