Prior to this, unit 305 was referred to as the Madonna Mine Suite. Named after the large silver mine that brought and employed many early residents of Salida. This large 2 bedroom suite has been completely remodeled and refurnished. The Luxe Suite at the Palace Hotel is the best place to enjoy a luxurious modern experience in a beautiful historic location. \*This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience. This suite offers: \-Newly remodeled 2 bedroom luxury suite on the third floor of Salida's Historic Palace Hotel. \- 1 king bed \-1 bunk bed (full over queen) \- pull out sofa in the living room. \-Full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils and accessories. \-2 TV's ready to stream. \-Wifi \-Guest Laundry \-Located downtown just steps away from the Arkansas River, Riverside Park, shops and restaurants. \-Street Parking \-Please note- there is not an elevator in this building. All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens.
