"Though sandwiched in the neighborhood which was beautiful, there was always plenty of parking. The breakfast was much better than most, having real bacon or sausage, waffles fruit and yogurt along with fresh eggs though probably from packaged shelled and already cracked eggs. They do not clean the rooms or bring new towels unless you ask and this was a real struggle with management who said they only change once a week for multiple day stays. They did accept my logic that I was paying same price each day as one day stays and so they brought new towels and forgot the shampoos etc until the second time I asked for towel service during my 5 day stay. The crew they had during our stay was friendly despite my requests and the cleaning staff were fastidious and thorough. I’ll stay there next time but will request daily towel service ahead of time or will stay elsewhere if necessary."

"I found the arrangement of room to be unusual. We were in a king suite (non-smoking) but I thought the bathroom was very small and narrow. As soon as you enter the room, the couch is facing one wall, while the TV was facing another direction toward bedroom. You need to stretch your neck and angle yourself sideway to watch. Huh!!! The TV remote in bedroom did not function well, needed to hold down before channels were changed. Breakfast was good, although they were very disorganized. No plates, cups, utensils were missing. Their saving grace was their excellent staff, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable."

"Do yourself a favor and just book the room lol. We were recommended to try this place so we did and loved it! We tried to save a few bucks and stayed at another place…. Once… and won’t make that mistake again. When we travel to the springs this is now the only place we stay. I mean how can you beat a real breakfast AND dinner! Last night’s meal was build your own chicken fajita tacos! And breakfast isn’t a continental breakfast it’s a real hot meal! We figured out real fast that the money we save on eating out more than makes up for the little more we pay to stay here."
