"Very friendly staff. For once they have great breakfast compared to tons of other hotels out there. The AC/heater works great. Plenty of parking. It’s a great place for kids if you’re traveling with a family."

"Glenn Erye is a magical place! From beautiful hiking trails on the grounds, the gracious castle, and the friendly staff. This is a peaceful place to get away from it all. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had. Sign up for the tour of the castle and be sure to visit the garden of the gods Park, just down the road."

"Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. We were told you were “over booked “. We were moved to a different room the next day. Should we come back I hope these issues are resolved "

"Way better than expected, simple fast friendly check in. Clean updated room, slept well. Big tv, micro fridge desk. I had the single bed, terrific. Breakfast was wayyyy great. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese, plus normal waffles, muffins. Juice coffee, staff kept food full and cleaned tables. Extra special view looking at Pikes Peak while eating."

"Our first room the shower head was broken and bed sheets had a lot of static! Staff was very quick and allowed us to change rooms. The second room had the same static issue with the sheets; we even heard fellow guest in the elevator complain about the static issue. This was not our first stay here, usually the breakfast is amazing...Not so much this time."

"Traveled with my husband and kids, it was In A very quiet and safe area and close to a lot of shopping. Room was spacious enough for all of us and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. The Breakfast spread was very decent for a hotel continental breakfast, one of the best I’ve seen. (Not just your basic beagles and yogurt cups like most.) Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. "
