Things are “out of order” everywhere (machines in the “gym”, the bathing suit dryer in the locker room, doors, the coffee machine, etc). The power went out during our stay and they still charged us for facials we booked, even though you couldn’t even flush the toilet or wash your hands. Staff was nice but extremely slow and overwhelmed. The spa itself was dirty and had a horrible smell.
