There was an out of service elevator near my room that did not have a sign so we waited and waited before finally giving up. There was a sign on the first floor. Breakfast, which is usually a Embassy Suites specialty, was a disaster. They were out of fruit, bagels, pastry, french toast, sugar for coffee, and hash browns. We arrived 50 minutes before the end of breakfast. I asked the person at the omelet station (the only person in the breakfast area) if they were going to restock. She didn't know. I pointed out that they were out of all of those things. She said, "oh." The line to get an omelet took more that 45 minutes just to place the omelet order. I went to the front desk to see if anyone could restock. They said they would look into it. There was never any re-stock. Meanwhile, I went into the bathroom and both of the toilets were full of poop and would not flush. We feel like we wasted a lot of money on this hotel."
