"Hot tub was nice. Great View! Front desk attendant was helpful. Room was comfy. We were missing a pillow, but they got us one on request. We also needed more coffee and creamer, but they were quick to get us more on request. The pool was way too cold. "

"There’s literally no soap in the shower soap dispenser so clearly housekeeping hadn’t checked it in several nights because they would’ve replaced it if they would’ve checked. It was prom night, so there is people out late, the rooms are not insulated, we heard all sorts of noise, both voices and door, slamming, totally ruined our night sleep"

"Our room’s mini bar was nearly empty, no snacks and the fridge was bare. I called twice to have it filled and it never was. Overall the hotel is a great property, especially considering the location. Queen size bed felt smaller than a queen and the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable."

"The sink was stopped up on arrival. TV stopped working on the second day. Room above had small children who were loud , which sounded like they were jumping on and off the beds. When brought to attention of staff,we were told that until 10pm nothing could be done Also was disappointed there was no laundry facilities"
