However the description of the property and the pictures are misleading. The caboose is parked about 50 ft from the owners home, just across the driveway. The hot tub is in view of the owners back deck as well, so not a lot of privacy there. There is also another site they rent right next to the caboose for RV/campers, so not a lot of privacy overall. The property is located in a busy fork in the road, so traffic noise was always present. The creek is there, but it is small, very overgrown and hard to access.
