Staff was friendly and hotel was conveniently located. Unfortunately the lobby and half of first floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Had to sleep in my truck because of some sort of cleaning smell in the room. It was over bearing.

The staff was very attentive and helpful! The Hot Tub/ Spa had a wide variety of temperatures from cool to just right to Hot on the various visits. The jets in the Whirlpool are excellent in their strength and location!

This was our second time here. We love this place… Customer Service was great both stays.. We live out by DIA. Just a great stay-cation! But we got to the buffet around 9:05 and there was only 3 Tbl spoons of scrambled eggs… That was it… I know it was later in the morning. Sure wish we could have had more… But it won’t deter us from going back!!!!!

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The pool and whirlpool were great. They had a good breakfast and helpful staff. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I already can tell I’m in good hands. This place is so well-maintained, the front desk girl reached out to me to see my ETA, took such good care of me, it’s so peaceful and quiet, I am 10 times happier than at my last hotel, where I paid a lot more! This place is truly a gem!

The room was excellent - clean, updated, spacious, and quiet. Really like the shower. The hotel was conveniently located to the major attractions. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to book it the next time we go to Colorado Springs.
