Aqua Vista is the second floor apartment with a separate entrance. My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). This property has two apartments. We have found it. The location is a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. The place is newly renovated and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice deck. The only downside to the location is that the street is where the line forms for Shelter Island ferry so there is more traffic than you’d expect for a residential street. It’s not particularly noisy, but a bus does run to the ferry, so it is noticeable. The LIRR station is about a block away so there are train horns a few times per day (including about 6 am on weekdays) but it wasn’t a big problem. Highly recommend the property. ##### Richard H. My visit was during the off season early in the week so there wasn’t much to do in town but that was exactly what I was looking for. The apartment was immaculate and had everything that we needed for our stay. The walk to town was so easy, and we never had to use our car. The host was very responsive and gave wonderful recommendations! This was my second time staying at The Sandpiper and once again, it did not disappoint. Perfect location, within walking distance of town. The apartment has everything you could need.
