Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney. Aqua Vista is the second floor apartment with a separate entrance. My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). This property has two apartments. We have found it. The location is a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. The place is newly renovated and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice deck. The only downside to the location is that the street is where the line forms for Shelter Island ferry so there is more traffic than you’d expect for a residential street. It’s not particularly noisy, but a bus does run to the ferry, so it is noticeable. The LIRR station is about a block away so there are train horns a few times per day (including about 6 am on weekdays) but it wasn’t a big problem. Highly recommend the property. ##### Richard H.
