When I arrived to check in at this hotel I was greeting by a lady who told me to wait in the lobby. I sat there for 15 minutes before anyone could check me in. I reserved my room with Expedia and was quoted a price. When I checked in I was told that my credit card expired and I ended up paying $300 more than what I was originally quoted. When I got back from my trip I called the hotel and explained the situation and the manager said he would credit the difference back to me. It has been 5 days and I am still waiting to get my credit back to my credit card. There was no maid service the 4 days I was there. I had to dump the trash that collected in the room and go ask for more bath towels. One morning I was woken up at 7 A.M. to loud talking in the hall. When I looked out it was a group of maids speaking in Spanish right across the hall from my room. The toilet also leaked water on the bathroom floor. On the last day I was there a tour bus was blocking my car and it was very difficult to get out of the parking stall.
