Great location, close walk to the train station and local shopping. Rooms were large and on-site bar and restaurant was nice. Only issue was a slow draining bathtub. Staff was super friendly.

I loved this hotel everyone from marianne that checked us in to hector the concierge that helped us be sure to make our flight. Their customer service was great, it was clean i felt safe in the hotel. Loved it. Just didnt like it wasnt as close walking distance to things i would of preferred.

My son and I were “stuck” in NYC for 2 nights due to the global internet fiasco. With literally no reasonably priced rooms with more than 1 bed, I used filters to drill down and found Pod. What a cool place!!! The location could not be better for the walking tourist, and the concept is genius. What a fantastic use of space and a focus on cleanliness. If I ever find myself in NYC, I won’t be looking for a place to stay, I’ll be staying at Pod.

Sometimes I hesitate to write such positive reviews because I want to keep places I enjoyed so much to myself. But the Hilton Garden Inn West 35th was from start to finish an amazing hotel experience. So it has to be said. I was warmly greeted by Kim and after a long morning/aft of travelling it was so needed. My room exceeded my expectations and was spacious and clean and had a view most people would be jealous of. Trust me. The location of the Hilton Garden Inn cannot be beat. Period....

Beautiful hotel, calm & upscale atmosphere, GREAT FOOD!!

Central location and large room. Easy access to subway and citi bikes. Appreciated the mini fridge and good AC. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in midtown.

Nous avons adoré le quartier environnant, avec multitudes de bons restaurants, magasins, et Central Park à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Coin également très calme. Notre chambre était très propre et grande. L'air conditionné est efficace mais fait du bruit. Le personnel est toujours très courtois et prêt à aider. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

This is a very cool location. Staff are all so attentive and the rooms are super clean and cozy with nicely sized bathrooms. Stayed in a room with two double beds for me and my teenage daughter and it was perfect. Close to Soho and Chelsea for shopping and subway stops all around for everything else. Can't go wrong with Broadway Plaza Hotel

I often don't leave reviews for stays but this hotel was actually really amazing. Everyone is happy and eager to help. I couldn't really find a single flaw about this hotel and its services. Looking forward to staying at bigger rooms in the future!

Amazing day staff, rooms are spotless clean.

Walked to Times Square. Rode the ACE line downtown to see comedy at the cellar. Also to Chelsea Market and Highline. Went uptown to Hayden Planetarium and spent an afternoon walking central park. Dinner at Norma's and Sunset Blvd on Broadway. Concert at pier 17 rooftop. Breakfast at Gemini diner on 2nd. Nice walk. Blueberry pancakes.

Easily walkable to/from Penn Station, Times Square etc. Staff were great, friendly and always willing to help. My only minor issue was the hotel is on a street that did not LOOK all that safe, it was dark and had some sketchy looking individuals. However I do want to stress that at no point was I worried something might occur, just be aware that it appears to look scarier than it is. We are spending another night in NYC after our cruise and I was hoping to stay here again, but unfortunately...

Great central location, ample rooms

the room was clean and very comfortable. the staff at the renwick were helpful and friendly. it is in a great location and right in the middle of everything. we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but i would recommend it!!

I had a pleasant stay! The room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated having access to water, tea, and coffee on the second floor, which was a nice convenience. I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and the staff kindly allowed me to access my room early. This was a thoughtful gesture and made my arrival much easier. Overall, a great experience!

It was a great place to stay-6 minutes from grand central everywhere was walkable. We had accessible restaurants and breakfast spots around the corner. We felt very safe. Would recommend

Fantastic property - the rooms are spacious, have modern tech amenities and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The Dyson hair dryer is a huge perk!!
