I had a serious issue with this hotel: I checked my suitcase with their luggage storage room during my stay, and when I went to retrieve it, the staff were unable to locate it. They had me wait for 1 hour while they were trying to find it, and I almost missed my train because of this, despite me telling them multiple times that I needed to leave.
Aside from this incident, the room itself was clean and the location was convenient, but this experience with lost luggage was a major letdown. If you're storing bags with this hotel, I'd think twice, or make sure you get a detailed claim ticket and confirm their camera coverage.
I've had to escalate this directly with hotel management and am considering further action if it isn't resolved soon.
