This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Gatlinburg spring break

Nice place on a side street away from traffic near the end of town. Easily walk to Gatlinburg or the national park. Clean quiet rooms right on the creek. True condo rooms with full size everything , not converted hotel rooms. Will stay again

Based on traffic, it was perfect to get to River Road for parking or to use the Gatlinburg Bypass. It was close to everything yet secluded by woods and beautiful stream view from balcony.

Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay within walking distance to the parkway in downtown Gatlinburg for the Christmas Parade....Park Place was only two short blocks from Red Light #10. Perfect location! We stayed in room 206 which was perfect for our party of 6 adults. No problem with the room at all. Everyone loved the creek that was directly below our balcony. The management was very friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Most of the parking was covered which was a plus since it did rain off and on during our stay. We will stay here again in the future for sure.

I used to stay up in the mountains in the chalets but I love the easy access to the strip and just being able to walk there. Especially if you plan on partying at night. The streets going up the hill at night are horrible in my opinion. The place is always clean, might not look that way from the inside but they are. Plenty of space and I have not had any problems there. They are always so nice especially Donna. You also cant beat the price for the location and what you are getting either. We love getting the ones with the river view. It is really nice to sit out on the porch and just listen to it.

We as family liked our stay at this property. The location is nicely located in Gatlingburg (edge of town towards the entrance of NP). Property was clean and the check-in process was smooth. My only recommendation is that the kitchen items be upgraded (pot, pans, silverware etc). In spite of that I give this property a 5 star.

Fall Break Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The pictures for #206 are not accurate. The furniture has been updated. The carpet and kitchen are still dated but the rest of the condo has had some remodel. We loved sitting on the deck, listening and watching the river flow. You are very close to the main drag and can walk anywhere in Gatlinburg. You are directly next to the Park and can avoid the Gatlinburg traffic. We had two teenagers with us and it was nice that they had their own room. The condo was clean. The parking was easy. We will surely stay again. The only negative is the shower's water pressure. It was poor. Otherwise, this place beats a hotel room hands down.
