"The pictures make it look as if the whole hotel is renovated. It is just some aspects of the hotel which are. This review was tough because there are some aspects of the hotel and visit that were as expected and there are others that were not. For the high rating this hotel received we were disappointed. The bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was very old and uncomfortable so we didn’t end up using it which is challenging for a family of four. The manager on duty was nice, but the check-in was not efficient and it seemed like there wasn’t enough staff at times. "

"Great value, awesome location, easy to self check in, comfortable bed. Lovely pubs around the area, safe street to explore, nice staff at the pub around the area Bistro l’Aut.. and nice bakery Aux2 Freres down the street. Not the quietest at night and ok water pressure - but those didn’t bother us. Thank you for the lovely memories! "

"My dogs were welcome which was one of the most important part of the trip. The Casino is located beside the hotel so it’s great. Pool & whirlpool are super clean, friendly staff. The rooms are perfect, good quality mattress, lots of pillows, great coffee, great cleaning staff, overall super friendly staff. Great food!!! Everything is great except parking because of the casino there’s a lot of cars (even though the parking lot is super big) so most of the time you’ll have to walk a lot from your car to the hotel or pay the valet parking."
