"Location is excellent for walking to sporting events, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science or Convention Centre, Arena events. Buffet Breakfast and Supper were plentiful with a HUGE assortment. Pool, fitness area and Hot-tub were clean and available. Staff was helpful, and freshly popped popcorn in the evening was a nice perk."

"Only down fall was construction. Other than that was an amazing place."

"All three Treadmills had issues operating with error codes. Stationary bike had broken straps. Water container in workout room empty. Workout room not 100% operational. Breakfast included in the stay was great! Staff was very helpful. Rooms are outdated. Bathrooms in the room not the cleanest."

"Everything that we wanted we had. Breakfast was good, it’s hard to find diners in Cleveland compared to NYC. We went to Cleveland for a baseball game and the Rock and Roll HoF. We also really enjoyed the Cleveland Art Museum."
