"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are very fun. Would love to see it receive updates because it’s a wonderful hotel. It’s just very outdated. Very clean though! Have stayed multiple times. Hot tub is more of a warm tub and needs to be hotter!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a mall across the street. We also visited the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is about a 15 minute drive. If you’re here to see a show at Blossom Music Center, I advise that you leave at least an hour before showtime. The drive was supposed to be 15 minutes, but heavy traffic to the venue made it about a 45 minute drive. Traffic was backed up big time. My only complaint about the hotel is that the pancake-making machine was down during breakfast. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel."
