Private Home 1 mile to Market Center

Modern and updated on the inside, but soothing country charm on the exterior. House is nestled on a large lot on a tree shaded street. The house is only 1.1 miles to market center. In March the house was listed as an Short Term Rental and everything inside is new, clean and comfortable. There is ample street parking in front of the house for 4 cars and one car in the driveway. Enjoy the quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio or a night cap by twinkling lights.
There is a gas grill for those who want to eat at home vs waiting in line. I think we have thought of everything to make our home one everyone can enjoy!

Girls’ Weekend

We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg with our group of childhood friends gathering from 3 different states. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Main St. Sheri was available to answer questions and was very responsive.

Great spot for a group vacation

We went on a trip with friends for our anniversary and a birthday. Great location in walking distance to main street. Had a great time. The house is big and plenty of privacy from the other couples. Nice back patio with gas fire pit.
