Best First Girls Trip

Beautiful home, very clean, mins away from downtown and wineries. Would definitely recommend for a small group of 4 or less.

We enjoyed our stay

The location is great. It's about a mile from the busy area downtown, easy and safe walk if that kind of distance doesn't bother you, but it may be a rideshare distance for some.This place was comfortable for the four of us. It was well kept. They made they best use of an old house whenever it was renovated. They did a great job with the bathroom in particular, especially since there's only one.

Mud Dauber festival folks🌶️

The Blue Tub was a perfect fit for our needs. And the Matresses were so comfortable! And a cute little kitchen and table for cards. The only thing I would suggest is a bluetooth speaker to connect to. We will be back for next years Mud Dauber Festival!

Ladies getaway

Four of us booked this house for a weekend getaway. The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great and made it easy to check in and out and we felt very welcomed. Beds are king size and very comfy. One bathroom but it's laid out in such a way that it was not an issue. It's a little further from downtown and with no sidewalks, walking wasn't really an option; but Ubers were readily available so not a problem. The backyard is very nice with a lovely breeze - perfect for morning coffee even in the summer months. Perfect house for our stay.

Girls getaway

Just four ladies for a weekend in Fredericksburg. The house is lovely and comfortable. Love the king size beds and the large TV and plenty of seating in the living room. There is only one bathroom but it is set up so that it’s not an issue. Nice outdoor areas and lots of shade. Even in the hot summer month of June there was a nice breeze in the backyard while having coffee. The house is a little far from downtown, a mile or so and no sidewalks so we didn’t want to make the walking trip. But Ubers were readily available so not a problem. Hosts were fabulous and we felt very welcome. Loved it all.
