Summary:
Here at The Mint Julep we have the perfect vacation rental for you! Cook a large meal for everyone or choose to dine out at nearby restaurants, stay in and snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie or spend your day at the wineries and come back and enjoy the outdoor fire pit + hot tub. Our outdoor space is full of great space for gathering, cooking outside, and time with family and friends. Our stylish home is very spacious with a large kitchen, patio, master bath & closet.

The Space:
Our home is very spacious with lots of room for family and friends. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- Master bedroom: 1 king size, 2nd bedroom: 1 queen size, 3rd bedroom: 2 full size beds (4 beds total)
- 2 full bathrooms: Master bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub, 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo (Both bathrooms have been recently fully renovated!)
- Smart TV in the living room
- Full kitchen with full size appliances + Regular/Keurig combo coffee maker. Also, blender and toaster!
- Cute Pup station with feeding bowls and treats for your fur-babies to enjoy
- Washer/Dryer available! (Dryer sheets and Detergent pods provided)
- Outdoor wood-burning fire pit, firewood provided
- BBQ grill available, please BYO Charcoal. Covered pavilion in the grill area with bar stools!
- Outdoor seating + outdoor dining table
- Private Hot tub!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for all children/infants. Please know we don't provide infant/toddler kits and the house is not child proof.

- This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and 2 pets MAX with 25lb weight maximum. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Backyard is fully fenced.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Girls weekend

Loved the location. Access to Main Street, restaurants and shopping was quick and easy.Loved the accommodations. It was so beautiful and clean and had all the amenities one would need. The beds were soooooo comfortable. Everything was great! I am telling all my friends and hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great girl’s retreat!

Wonderful and extremely comfortable home. Great beds with high end linens. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Relaxing living room with a good TV and comfortable chairs and sofa. I certainly recommend this home and Heavenly Hosts are a very reliable and helpful VBRO. I will certainly consider their other properties the next time we visit Fredericksburg.

We loved this little house, super comfortable for 4 women looking to relax! The mirror in the master closet was so fun for pictures!! Would definitely rent again, all the decor was lovely, and was very cute and clean. Great stay.

Beautiful Bungalow

This was the perfect place for our couples weekend getaway! The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The backyard was also very enjoyable with the fire pit and hot tub. Can’t wait for our next trip to Fredericksburg so we can visit this property again!

Exactly as expected

Everything was great, we had no issues. Beds were comfy but for some reason we all tossed and turned and woke earlier than necessary. We think it was a little difficult to get the rooms cool enough at night. But it was fine. Water pressure was great! We had everything we needed. Front and back doors are glass so you can see straight through the house at all times. We were a little uneasy with that. All and all great set up.

Not as Pet Friendly as you would think

The house was amazing, kitchen fully stocked with all we needed to cook with. The yard was great for our little non-shedding dog! The part about being “pet friendly “ isn’t anything like any other place we have ever been. They don’t allow pets on the furniture. Other than that, we loved this house and had a great time!!

Waco friends lunch group trip

We had a great time being together, talking, laughing, playing games ( Relative Insanity- hysterical), shopping, eating out, and visiting a couple of wineries. The large living room area was comfortable and the house accommodated us very nicely. :)
