Casa Crabapple Guest House is the perfect place to relax in casual contemporary style & enjoy great outdoor spaces in the gorgeous Hill Country! Soak your stress away in the private hot tub, kick back & sip a drink at the outdoor bar, spend a beautiful evening around the fire pit, or sit on the front porch & watch the deer & turkeys! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
Located just a few minutes from downtown, you'll be close enough to enjoy all of Fredericksburg & still feel like you're at a wonderful secluded retreat! Casual with a contemporary style guesthouse, with a king size bed plus sleeper sofa, and twin size pull out sofa, with hot tub.

Note: The driveway has been resurfaced, a new walkway from the parking area to the gate was installed.

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the guest house, outdoor bar area, chiminea, covered patio, fire pit, and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood on the skirts of Fredericksburg area, just 10 minutes from downtown.

Getting Around:
You are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

There is no TV in the guest house, but there is wifi.

The property is 5 acres and there are deer, turkeys, snakes and other wildlife that may be potentially dangerous.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
