"Room was not anything close to what we booked. They gave us an outdated version of the room that we booked. The couch on the main level was uncomfortable to sit in and looked very old and worn out. The bathrooms did not have good water pressure and the upstairs sink didn’t drain properly. If the price difference was clear during booking we would have reconsidered staying or paying for an upgraded room. We did enjoy the pools and the parking was very convenient. "

"Not impress with the staff regarding them trying to sell me one of there timeshares however since I don't have a husband I didn't qualify for the gifts. Single mothers are very successful on there own and don't always need a man. So being judged by that did not sit well. "

"Room was very unorthodox. Looked nice just bad Reno. Walls are paper thin, rooms have the doors between units and have about one inch opening on the bottom. The people next door smoked drugs and cigarettes all night and day and filled our room with smoke continuously. Asked for our money back and let us leave. All lies, staff horrible. Manager horrible. Never got our money back. Good work westgate. Garbage. Second westgate I have stayed at and both were horrible. But good news westgate got my money. Go anywere else then here!"

"The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and breakfast had good options. The renovations are okay but not completed. My room needed some drywall repairs and a better seal in the door. The ac unit is older and noisy. Dont take the theme park shuttle bus unless you want to drive around for 45 plus minutes, they’ll tell you it takes 15 minutes to get there though. We let them know we missed my son’s band performance because of their bad information. They blamed the bus company and took no accountability. We had asked for assurance in advance and they kept saying no problem, 15 minutes to get there. "
