This is about my 8-9th stay at margaritaville with Rentyl. I first started when the location opened. Each year the customer service dwindles- but there are also pros! I would like to mention that they now have limited access to umbrellas as you try to relax at parrot bay. They have about 10 umbrellas for two pools, the rest are for pay. Umbrellas should be included, especially with infants. I asked for an umbrella and no one at the pool could assist. The other disappointment came when I used my points and perks to book this location and I received no VIP perks. I purchased an elite stay at the cottage with vip perks. They have 3 levels of cottages, and upon adoring the representatives they cannot tell you what comes with an elite stay. They advertise a pool and spa, but they do not provide one when you purchase the highest level of cottage accommodations. Seems like false advertisement. Broken blinds, broken trash can and not late check out. I would say all of this to a manager, but they never called me back.
