One negative: I don’t think the recycle Everything else was fantastic, the cottage was great. 2 bedrooms with large comfortable bed. It was clean. Kitchen was nice and had everything we need. Pool was clean and fun. Staff was helpful and very nice. Parking was a breeze. It’s near the parks we were there in 20mins. We had a lovely stay and would go back

Stayed here for the second time Good location, spacious cottages. However, poor property maintenance and customer service. Didn’t get an upgrade the next day after arrival despite being promised by the front desk. This is supposedly VIP Access hotel with Expedia. Had to effectively beg in order to get a late check out because one of my kids being sick.
