Oh my. I have never left a review before but I wish I had known these things about this property before I booked. First of all, the manager. When we first got there he was friendly and helpful. We dropped our bags off and left right away to Disney Springs. While waiting for the Uber, we could hear the manager cursing at his desk staff (who were friendly and the best part of the stay). Then he took a phone call where we could hear him shouting and cursing more. We got back to the hotel at about midnight and had a chance to really see the property. It’s, let’s say, not clean. It smelled pretty musty and it’s rundown to say the least. My son and I were trying to find an outlet by the beds to charge our phones and had to move the table to get to it. Whenever we plugged our chargers in, they kept falling out of the outlets, which would then spark. The shower was in bad shape and two baby cockroaches came from behind the toilet. We were afraid they were bedbugs, so we tore the beds apart to make sure. I had intended to tell the front office staff about the bugs in the morning, but we ran late and we almost missed our Uber to Disney. That night, my son reminded me to call the hotel about the bugs. The staff member told the manager who left a snarky message on my phone when I was unable to answer. Also, no shuttles so I spent a fortune on taxis and Ubers to Disney and the airport. So, any money I saved not staying at Disney went into travel. Think twice before booking here.
