The hotel was clean and so were the pools, but the adventure bay workers were horribly rude. It is only open from 12-5 each day and everyday we went to zip line they had to take a 30 minute break. They never opened the rock climb or any other feature. They all appeared to be under the influence. They allowed my daughter to ride once damp but against the rule to go again if they’re damp. When asked about it they asked others Coukd get wet, but they had already let her go damp. It was a sad experience because my children were so excited and it presents as an excellent feature but it was horrible. The hotel room was clean And well equipped. But if you are going wanting to enjoy the adventure bay I would pick a surrounding resort because most resorts offer similar amenities! We will not return.

The property is a nice place for families to stay when in Orlando. Disney is about a 20 minute drive away and there are dozens of restaurants nearby. The amenities are great- you just have to purchase food. They provide dishes, dish soap and other supplies. Be prepared for the time share pitch, but they’re not pushy about it. The drainage for one of our tubs was backed up but someone came out to fix it. Our kids enjoyed the pools on the property. The clubhouse and bar were nice.
