The restaurant attached to the hotel is probably one of the best in the area, and the hotel was very clean. The views are great from the rooms and going to the beach is really convient

I loved everything about my stay. The check in with Marla was fast and easy she was really nice and knowledgeable. The rolm was clean . The view of the pool and beach was amazing. The restaurant down stairs lula the staff wasnt all that friendly. My second time going my friend and i walked out after 20 mins of waiting no one ever came to take our order. The food was decent the first time.

We are told that chairs and towels at the beach and pool are complimentary; however at check out I was informed there is a $75 fee each day for this service! This is ridiculous as that is not complimentary and it was NEVER communicated when we checked in. Additionally, when going to the pool, you are met with a security guard that asks your name and room number to be admitted. and because there is a line with others who can hear you telling the guard, someone used my name to charge cocktails and get towels! I am currently disputing the $54 charge on my credit card! The hotel was clean, and the staff were accommodating but your service protocols are not complimentary and having a security guard at the door entering a pool area makes you feel like you are in a third world country!

Great location to stay in Ft Lauderdale. Love the pool areas, 2 coffee shops, 2 restaurants.. room was great, bed was super comfortable. Staff very efficient and kind. Will definitely come back!

The hotel was overpriced for what it was. The furniture was a little dated and there wasn't any update charging ports in the room. Area around the bathroom was quite loud from room above through the exhaust vents in the bathroom. You can hear conversations clear as day.

The property is dated and is not very well kept. The windows were dirty with bit droppings on the pane. The property needs a very thorough cleaning and upkeep. This property did not honor my Bonvoy card for points!

The hotel is excellent, but there is a “waiting list” to get chairs an umbrellas in the beach. Today we are number 40 in that list, incredible. Three days in a round and we were unable to get them.

We LOVED this property! Pool was lovely and the food at the outdoor restaurant by the pool was amazing. Beautiful view and awesome clean rooms. Great gym and on the calmer side of the boardwalk. We will def stay again.

Love this hotel. Been coming here for 20 years. However, be aware that the resort fee of $44 dolars does NOT INCLUDE the beach umbrellas. The Umbrellas are an extra $32 plus tax a day. First come first serve and not enough to go around. Closes umbrella at 5 pm. There is no parking available near the hotel, so if you drive be prepared to pay $44 per night for valet. We just used Uber! Was great and cheap for 3 people.

Traditional double room was beautiful however the towels and pillow cases had a fishy smell to them. Also they limit beach towels to 1 per person so we had to take our room towel to beach to have something to dry off with. Additional charges for $42/day should’ve included umbrella but we discovered umbrella was additional $30 to use. $55/day for valet is outrageous. And attached Lona restaurant dinner was awful never been to ti a worse Mexican restaurant our server was excellent and churros were delicious but salmon was not fully cooked and romaine lettuce was drowning in dressing. Salsa was too sweet and vege fajitas were just basic. Hotel did included 2 complimentary drinks and 1 dessert which was nice but they didn’t offer that at check in. I had to find out on my own. The location was perfect but for the price I will not be staying there again, I couldn’t believe pool and beach chair access closed at 5pm??? With still plenty of daylight to enjoy beach I am confused with how they came up with that closing time?? Even Amish hotel pools open later. For the price limited beach time and rude desk I will not stay or recommend this place again.

We stayed at the Westin in Ft. Lauderdale Beach for only one night after a cruise. But enjoyed the hotel and its amenities. The Staff at front desk and at the restaurants were all awesome! Great location.

This was a great hotel with a pedway across the road to the beach. Location was great with lots of restaurants to explore. Ft Lauderdale beach was good although a little crowded because of it being March break. I would definitely use this hotel again if I’m in the area.
