My family and I stayed at this hotel during our vacation to Miami, we like the clean and nice environment, great and comfortable bed, everything in room very good and clean, but no breakfast, also staff weren't very nice and welcoming!

The property was very nice. Contact less check in is very convenient. The codes for the room and elevator can be annoying, but the mobile key comes in handy. Publix being attached to the building was a huge plus. Great pool, it was never really crowded. Our tv stopped working and it was fixed the same day. We refused to pay $20 to have the room cleaned but really didn’t need it. Clean beds, linens, bathroom etc. I would recommend to anyone staying in Hollywood.

Me and my bf stayed here for four days and absolutely loved it. Housekeeping is a requested paid service. But we had everything we needed in our room for the four days. We actually like our privacy and like not having the inconvenience of housekeeping coming everyday. Besides that, the King bed with balcony room was A Our view was stunning over the city. The hotel is a modern hotel with a lot of amenities for convenience. There is a pool and a fancy restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant has a bar with amazing drinks. I highly recommend trying the Italian Margarita 😋. For dinner we enjoyed the special with steak, lobster, shrimp and rosotto. Absolutely delicious. Amenities are super clean; I am a cleaning nut so i appreciate that. Room was spacious, bathroom huge walk-in. Huge mirror in the hall. We didn’t take pictures but the ones on the website are exactly how it is. We also took advantage of the gym that has a balcony; highly recommend for yoga. The view while working out is absolutely stunning. Overall we definitely will stay here again. A

I never had wash cloths in my room to take a shower with my whole stay. They only had hand towels for me and my husband to shower with.

Convenient place to stay but not a good option for those unable to climb stairs especially with luggage. Good service but the breakfast can be improve. I didn’t eat but saw it. They should charge more and make it a nice breakfast with hot food options.

This is great to stay at, Giselle was amazing at the front desk was always helpful and accommodating to my needs. The pool on the roof is just amazing amenities along with the muse restaurant and bar great view.

The check-in was very long, very bureaucratic. The sheets had a lot of hair and fur, we found a plastic bottle of juice on the bed, I believe the sheets were dirty, they had not been changed, the window panes were very dirty. Sour coffee maker and bad smell. There is no microwave. Expensive parking.
