« Notre séjour s’est très bien passé par contre, à notre arrivée nous avions réservé pour une chambre avec vue partiellement sur la mer et il y avait aucune vue même pas partiellement nous avons dû payer un extra de 200$ en plus pour changer de chambre sans oublié l’extra que nous avons payé avec expédia pour une vie que nous avons jamais eu !!!’ Alors j’aimerais avoir un remboursement des frais que expédia mois ont chargé pour la vue partiellement sur la mer que nous avons jamais eu Merci »

« I strongly advise against this hotel. We had booked a quadruple deluxe room with two large beds. The hotel gave us a classic room with two small single beds. What's more, the state of the room was filthy, cockroaches in the room, no garbage can in the bathroom. Property to be avoided! »

« Very quiet Seaview and walkable to the town what I don’t like the side gate to entrance when you come in close by 11 o’clock at night I have to walk on the beach to get to the property like I was so upset about that and the the bath towel and Mat wasn’t comfortable to use »

"Je déconseille très fortement le Legends Beach Resort. Mon séjour, prévu pour 10 nuits, a été écourté car les conditions étaient tout simplement inacceptables. La nourriture est médiocre et, si vous n’êtes pas en all inclusive, on vous sert en réalité les restes du buffet. J’ai donc dû chercher d’autres restaurants à mes frais, ce qui a engendré des dépenses supplémentaires (transport). Le logement, situé côté “jardin”, était vétuste et insalubre. À l’entrée, une odeur pestilentielle provenant du local poubelle envahit l’air, masquée maladroitement par des produits chimiques encore plus étouffants. La chambre n’était pas mieux : la climatisation coulait abondamment dans la chambre et sur le palier dès qu’on l’allumait, et le dessous du lit était une véritable déchèterie, preuve que l’endroit n’avait probablement jamais été nettoyé. À cela s’ajoutait la présence de nuisibles (rats, blattes) tant à l’extérieur que dans la chambre. Nous étions obligées d’utiliser du désinsectisant tous les soirs et de calfeutrer la porte avec une serviette, en vain. Face à ces conditions insupportables, j’ai dû quitter l’hôtel avant la fin de mon séjour et trouver en urgence un autre gîte, plus décent, ce qui m’a fait perdre une partie de mon budget. Une telle négligence est inadmissible. Seul point positif : la mer. Pour le reste, cet hôtel est vétuste, laissé à l’abandon et absolument à fuir. Contrairement au Samsara (de la même chaîne), le Legends est une énorme déception."

"La réservation des restaurants à la carte reste à améliorer; malheureusement quand on arrive , on nous dit que le premier accessible est 4 jours plus tard et heure de réservation tard; il serait apprécié de pouvoir manger avant 4 jours; les terrains de tennis en terre battue commence à être fatigué; ils auraient besoin d'un bon nettoyage et de poussiere de roche et être fait plus souvent pendant la journée; pour le reste, le site reste magique, tranquille, la plage, la mer , le personnel courtois sauf à certains endroits; concernant les réservations sur la plage privée pour le lunch le soir, lors des cancellations ( pluie ) , il serait intéressant que nous puissions aller à un resto à la carte et ne pas se retrouver au buffet; "
