« Where do we begin.... We rented the Lower Beach House for the second half of our vacation in Negril. We arrived to be greeted by the best staff......Diane had everything in order and by the time we introduced ourselves and signed in, the bags were already in the house “ Talk about a smooth transition and landing” ! « The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there - air conditioning, TV, hot water, refrigerator & freezer, etc. There were also books available for us to read. Felicia, the owner was also very polite and helpful. « Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. « The condo was not so clean as the floors were very dirty. Housekeeper said it was due to early checkin. However I stayed in an adjacent condo for two months and this one was not occupied for several days prior to my checkin because I could see the unit from the stairwell. Everything else was up to standards. »

« Love Negril 7 mile beach every time. Stayed 7 days . Have tried a few all inclusives, Azul Beach (Karisma Resort) + cheapest terrible places (Fun Holiday). This group of condos +location is perfect for us. Nice and quiet place. I dont mind cooking on vacation. Only1kl walk along the beach to town "round about" and shopping /pharmacy /bakery /supplies, and the vendors market( be respectful vendors can be agressive here). Taxi now $10 US one way now but you can haggle price before getting in....

« Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. « We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! « Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach.
