I enjoyed my stay only complain would be no soap holder in the shower and the sink was too small, prepare to get the floors wet when washing your face. Otherwise I loved it here especially these floating bed things in the beach that makes lounging in the water so fun. Loved it will definitely be back

This was a comfortable and safe stay. I would rebook anytime I’m in Negril. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The shower was AMAZING with hot water, and the bed was so comfortable for a good night’s rest. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, I felt safe and cared for. I had a short stay but will definitely rebook!

Dinner food was ok, breakfast was very good. Beach could be slightly better cleaned/maintained but otherwise loved the property, Bathroom faucet could use some refreshing but otherwise everything was beautiful and well designed. Staff was lovely, live music on site as well. Will be going back 100%.

We have stayed at Travellers before. We thoroughly enjoy our time here! From check in to check out, we feel like we are at home! The staff is attentive and friendly - from the front desk/ bellman/ waiters and waitresses/ bartenders/ beach attendants/ housekeepers - all are wonderful staff. We especially enjoy the service from Orashia/ Ricky/ Ramon/ Romeo/ and Sue Ann, at the bar/ restaurant. The beach out front of the resort is all we need. Good restaurants are found all around 7 mile beach and West End. Negril and Travellers Resort has been a great vacation!

This property is amazing! The next best thing to staying at an all inclusive. The meals were absolutely delicious. My daughter particularly enjoyed the jerk pasta. It's extremely accessible to other restaurants and events if you choose to leave the site. We enjoyed the family game room and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also resolved a significant issue with the airline labour disruption. Thank you for demonstrating customer service at it's finest. This is now my families nymber #1 selection when it comes to staying in Negril. I've recruited my girlfriends and we will be back. Awesome stay and trip.

Stayed 2 mights here with my son and mother. It's a small locally owned hotel which gives you that local feeling. The beach is pristine and wasn't very crowed during the daytime. There is not much for small kids to do which is why we opted to only spend two nights here for our week long vacation. A few of the downsides were; 1) while we were there, they were doing some construction work close to where we were staying which meant that during the day there were construction noise as well as paint smell which was not very pleasing. 2) on our send day there were some water pressure issue, at one point the water was completely gone. Overall the stay was decent.
