Close to the beach There was no power, water, or a/c for the first two out of three nights we were there our room was 83 degrees and the manager could care less and literally told guest to deal with it that it wasnt his problem.

I really like this place, it was Great view & I love the room even though they had difficulties wit the water & electric for some hours but other than that the staff was great & it’s clean! I will definitely come back.

The building structure from basement perspective looks run down. I was a bit nervous since the collapse of Surfside Towers. I would look into making sure building is safe.

The property was dirty and visitors complained so much the evening of our check in, that the pool was closed for a treatment. We woke up at 3am to no water or electricity. We could not flush our toilets or use our sinks. The staff had no answers untill 11am. People everywhere were, as you can imagine frustrated. We were told tit would be resolved by 2p that day. It was 3p fine, but the rooms ac temps hadnt been lowering and by 1030p our room was at 81 degrees. It was absolutely awful and with our children. The staff were quick to check us out as we left saturday evening to stay at holiday inn and suites . This trip was supposed to be great, it was a great dissappintement.
