Walking from the house you can enjoy the Highland Lake Inn areas, Season's Restaurant, The Park at Flat Rock, Garden Hamlet & Goats with Playground, Flat Rock Bakery & Eateries. Ingles Grocery 5 minutes away, Hendersonville, Dupont Forest, Green River. Saluda, Pisgah Forest & Asheville airport 20 min.
The space
Two story 1500 sq. ft. Porches both levels, Master Bedroom on upper level has Queen, Desk, large closet, private porch balcony, Roku TV, private bathroom. 2nd Bedroom upstairs 2 Singles, Foldout Couch, bathroom/shower in hallway. 3rd Bedroom downstairs, Queen with Bathroom/Shower in hallway. Garage can accommodate bikes/kayaks with pre-approval by Tom. Washer and dryer available to guests who stay 1-week or longer. Weber Gas Grill, Gas Fireplace, Fenced side yard with Cornhole Boards, Picnic Table, Chairs. Super Peaceful Neighborhood (no parties please).

Parking for 3+ cars located in the back of house. Do not block the alleyway as it is the only access for the other homes. Parking close to the fence usually works best.
Other things to note
No wild parties please, no events, keep things nice and quiet please, we need to keep the neighbors happy and they are a very quiet bunch.
